To get started...
Call either of our locations – see Contact Us - and make an appointment to attend one of our information sessions. At the information session you will learn more about the Transitions Program and have the opportunity to fill out an application. If you are unable to attend one of our information sessions, please do not hesitate to contact us at either location. You are ALWAYS welcome to just come and visit.

This is called "being managed." If you have a case manager, YOU'RE SET! Just talk to them about setting up an Action Plan. If this is new to you, read on...
Prior to or after attending our information session you will need to book an appointment to meet with a Case Manager/Employment Counsellor at an Employment Resource Centre (ERC). In order to confirm your application for our program, we require a copy of an ‘Action Plan/Referral Form’ from them indicating ‘Career Planning/Work Exploration’ as your next step. If you've already been to our information session, you can let them know that you're interested in our program and have applied.
